The free trial gives you full access to all platform features of the Single Brand or Multi Brand plan. You can explore the creator network, set up campaigns and test the platform before committing to a subscription.
An active brand is a brand with at least one live or in-progress campaign at any given time. You can have more brands in your account than the plan limit, you simply cannot run campaigns for more than the allowed number at once. There is no limit on the total number of brands you can add to your account.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period and then stops. No cancellation fees and no locked-in contracts.
No. Creator rewards (product or cash) are separate and set by you per campaign. The subscription covers platform access. Service fees (19%, 13% or 10% depending on your plan) are added to creator cash payouts to cover automated payment processing.
