As a Customer Success intern you work within the Customer Success team and help support clients and creators on the platform. You get the chance to experience the full process: from onboarding and campaign guidance to optimisation and evaluation.

Become the first point of contact for brands and creators on the Influentials platform.
About the role
What you'll do
- Support onboarding of new clients.
- Support admission of new creators.
- Help review campaigns and select creators.
- Support creator recruitment.
- Answer questions and solve challenges for clients.
Who you are
- You're studying an HBO or WO programme in marketing, communications, media, or similar.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You're solution-oriented and structured.
- You have affinity with social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
- You like to contribute ideas and take initiative.
- You enjoy collaborating but can also work independently.
- You speak and write Dutch and English well.
