Cookie Policy

Last updated, 28 April 2026

This page lists every cookie that influentials.com may place on your device, what it is used for, and how long it stays. It complements our privacy policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit (preferences, login state) and let us measure how the site is used. Some cookies are essential for the site to work, others are optional and require your consent.

How we ask for your consent

The first time you visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the page asking you to accept all, reject all, or customize which categories of cookies are allowed. Your choice is stored in a strictly necessary cookie called cc_consent for 13 months. You can change your decision at any time by clicking in the footer.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the site to function. They remember your cookie consent and keep navigation working. They cannot be turned off.

Disabling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies entirely or delete cookies that have already been stored. Note that essential cookies are required for parts of the site to work — disabling them in your browser may cause issues with navigation or forms.

Audit trail

Each consent decision is recorded server-side with a unique identifier, the version of this policy, the choices you made, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your raw IP. This record allows us to demonstrate compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive on request.

Changes to this policy

When we add, remove, or materially change a cookie, we bump the policy version. Anyone who previously consented under an older version will see the banner again on their next visit so they can review and re-consent.
